What internal resources do we need to dedicate during installation?

Typically, a successful installation needs the following to run smoothly:

(1) An IT contact for network setup and camera access.

(2) A store operations contact to help us define product and service areas.

(3) A project coordinator for rollout planning.

We’ll work with you to ensure the measures of success are clearly defined, and to ensure we have the right Stakeholders onboard. These are two critical elements for a successful pilot.
