For new clients, footfall data is usually live within 4 weeks of installation. For existing clients adding additional stores, this is typically reduced to 2 weeks. An additional 2 weeks is required for area metrics to be added to the dashboard.
Please note that the total time to complete installations across your store estate may vary depending on the number of stores and other influencing factors.
