What is counted as a store entry / footfall?
We draw a virtual line at the entrance of the store — some visual examples of this green entry line are included below.
Every individual who crosses this line is counted as an entry if they remain in the store for more than two seconds. This eliminates individuals who walk in and out in quick succession.
Entries are also referred to as footfall.
If enabled for your organisation, we can segment staff from entry counts and provide demographic insights.
You can check entry lines by selecting “Camera Preview” in the dashboard menu.
